When I decided to buy at another dealership that had a vehicle that better suited us, he congratulated us on the find. A man of genuine integrity, so rare in today's dog eat dog world. Took them 4 hours to do a tire rotation and oil change. They were extremely rude when I complained. I bought several cars here and have had them serviced here for years. NEVER again.
Polite salesman but very unable to work with you. Low ball your trade and want top dollar for there used vehicles. If you go there expect to pay the price you see on the vehicle or more.
Bought a truck with the extended warranty, I never received the warranty, called the salesman and he sent me a piece of paper, this did not explain what was covered. After 4 phone calls I got in touch with Mopar and they stated they would send me the package with everything covered, still have not received anything. It's been 3 months. NO STTENTION TO DETAIL, I was going to trade in the used truck for a new jeep, but it won't be at Zappone.
